Collected Haiku #29

...

sunken memories
doubloons of aged happiness
abyssal treasures

...

ocean and shoreline
together and separate
wavering embrace

...

tupperware contains
spaghetti and meatballs with
ceaseless devotion

...

meteoric fall
calculate trajectory
to my steadfast arms

...

fields of silent rocks
dormant volcano watches
monks in ashen robes

...

from lowest peasant
to lofty king, all trust they're
storybook heroes

...

balloons in the sky
crowd of strangers on the ground
release and disperse

...

if love is a song
wait, let me turn down my heart
to listen to yours

...

mom's an opthalmic
technician, says engineers
are the worst patients

...

  1. Wow - what great haikus - I especially love the imagery of the tupperware container and ocean and shoreline - beau9609
