Collected Haiku #31
...
positive thinking
light switch flipped in shadowed room
and life continues
...
chaos to dreams to
art to order, and sometimes
the mind unravels
...
if I wear orange
will you recall the grey me
or see my sunshine?
...
sick child vomits
I say, "it's going to be
okay," she smiles
...
computers hate you
because they lust after life
jealous automatons
...
kid, I understand
spilled jello an accident
why track it through house?
...
we only notice
where wandering feet have been
never path ahead
...
if a ficus fights
for freedom from riffraff, fish
for fresh graffiti
...
all poets want to
be rappers, lack drum machine
stage presence, or bling
...
